Shulamith CohnJerusalemTo the Editor:I do not know how you fix anti-Semitism, other forms of religious persecution, racism, misogyny, homophobia or any other extreme prejudice that forms the basis of hatred and ultimately discrimination and violence. You certainly do not fix it by stoking the lies and images that feed the appetite of such ignorance. I also do not know how a major newspaper apologizes for the kind of anti-Semitic cartoon that it allowed into one of its editions. The Times certainly has not found a way.
